Reservation Processing & Promotional Travel Offers
These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional travel certificates, reservation requests, hotel accommodations, cruise add-ons, and related services administered by TriStar Network of Florida Inc. (“TriStar Network”), an independent reservation processing service.
By submitting a reservation request, activating a certificate, using this website, or engaging in any services provided by TriStar Network, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Eligibility

Promotional travel offers administered by TriStar Network provide hotel accommodations as outlined on the specific certificate or confirmation letter.

Offers are valid for adults age 25 or older with a household income of at least $50,000 USD.

Only one promotional travel offer may be used per household at a time. Group travel (two or more promotional offers used for the same dates) is not permitted.
2. Reservation Requirements

Reservations must be submitted at least 30 days prior to desired travel dates.
-
Peak season, holiday, and special-event dates may require additional notice.
-
All reservations are subject to availability and participating hotels’ published allotments.

Airfare must not be booked until the hosting hotel or resort issues a written accommodation confirmation.
3. Confirmation Process

Once dates are submitted, a confirmation email will be sent with check-in instructions.

Guests must present:

A valid government-issued photo ID

A major credit card
-

No accommodations are guaranteed until a formal confirmation is received from the hosting property.
4. Occupancy Guidelines

Offers include accommodations for two (2) adults and up to two (2) children under 18 staying in the same room.

Pets are not permitted unless explicitly stated by the hosting property.

All hotel partners are classified as 3-star or higher, though availability may vary by destination and season.
5. Travel Expiration & Additional Nights

All travel must be completed by the expiration date stated on the certificate or purchase confirmation.

Additional nights may be available at published nightly rates set by the hosting property.
6. Fees & Traveler Responsibilities
Promotional offers include accommodations only. Travelers are responsible for:

Hotel taxes (approx. $20/night)

Resort fees (if applicable)
-
Meals, transportation, and incidentals
-
Cruise port fees, taxes, and service charges (if adding a cruise)

Rental car surcharges, insurance, fuel, and upgrades
TriStar Network and its affiliates act solely as the reservation processor and are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, property damage, or any supplier-related issues.
7. Changes, No-Shows & Cancellations

More than 21 days before arrival:

Reservation fees are non-refundable but may be held as future credit.

Less than 21 days before arrival:
-
Reservation fee is forfeited.

Less than 7 days before arrival:
-
Hotel may charge a retail nightly rate surcharge.

No-show:
-
Non-refundable fee applies depending on accommodation type.

8. Transferability
Promotional certificates may be transferred to another qualifying adult before a reservation is confirmed. Once confirmed, certificates are non-transferable.
9. Pricing, Taxes & Supplier Rules
Prices, taxes, and fees may vary by supplier and are subject to change. Any increases in government-imposed taxes or supplier surcharges are the traveler’s responsibility.
Cruise lines and travel suppliers maintain their own terms and policies, which apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

11. Refund Policy
Travel package purchases may be canceled within 30 days for a refund minus a 20% processing fee.
After 30 days, refunds may not be available depending on supplier rules, seasonality, and promotional restrictions.
Trip insurance premiums and certain supplier fees are non-refundable.
12. Travel Documents & Identity

U.S. citizens must present valid government-issued identification for domestic travel, and a valid passport for international travel.

Passport validity requirements may apply.

Travelers are responsible for all required visas, vaccinations, and entry documentation.

Special documentation may be required for minors traveling with or without parents.
13. Timeshare Advisory
TriStar Network does not sell timeshares and is not affiliated with any timeshare company.
Travelers may encounter aggressive solicitors in some destinations; participation is voluntary and not associated with TriStar Network.
14. Health & Safety
For the most current travel health information, visit the CDC at www.cdc.gov/travel or consult your physician.
15. Rental Car Terms
All rental cars are governed by the policies of the rental agency. Driver requirements, insurance coverage, surcharges, and return conditions vary by provider.
16. Limitation of Liability
TriStar Network acts solely as an independent reservation processor. Hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation providers, and suppliers operate independently.
TriStar Network is not responsible for:

Acts, errors, or omissions of suppliers

Property damage or personal injury

Delays, cancellations, or force majeure events
-
Changes in rates, schedules, or availability
Travelers assume all risks associated with travel.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a reservation, activating a travel certificate, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
